Extra Neutral Gauge Boson from Two Versions of the 3-3-1 Model in Future Linear Colliders

چکیده
Our aim is to establish some signatures of the extra gauge boson Z , predicted in two versions of SU(3)C × SU(3)L × U(1)X model and to show possible differences between these signatures. First, by considering the process e+e −→ μ+μ, we obtain some observables and next, by considering additional hadronic final states, we obtain lower bounds for MZ′ , within 95% C.L.. We also include our preliminary results concerning pp̄ and pp collisions in order to support our conclusions about the possibility to discriminate the various versions of 3-3-1 model. From our analysis we conclude that linear colliders can show a clear signature for the existence of Z ′ predicted in the 3-3-1 model and also that it can discriminate the versions. The phenomenological model of an extra U(1) neutral gauge Z ′ boson coupled to heavy quarks is presented. In particular, we discuss the probability for a light Z 2 mass eigenstate decay into a bound state composed of heavy quarks via Higgs boson emission. 1. Theoretical interest in an extra neutral vector boson Z ′ is mainly motivated by experimental observation of possible deviations from the ...

The production of W W pair in hadron colliders was calculated up to loop corrections by some authors in the Electroweak standard model (SM) framework. This production was also calculated, at the tree level, in some extensions of the SM such as the vector singlet, the fermion mirror fermion and the vector doublet models by considering the contributions of new neutral gauge bosons and exotic ferm...

Our aim is to establish some signatures of the extra neutral gauge boson X0, predicted in a version of the SU(3)C×SU(3)L×U(1)X model with right-handed neutrinos, by considering the process p+ p−→X0 +X0∗+ X . In this work, we show some results concerning the LHC energy regime ( √ s = 14 TeV) and projected luminosity. Some distributions are shown and the X0 width is calculated. We conclude that h...

We obtain bounds for the mass of the extra neutral gauge boson, Z , predicted by two versions of SU(3)C × SU(3)L × U(1)X model, namely one corresponding to its minimal version and another where the neutrinos are allowed to have right-handed projection. We explore √ s from 0.5 TeV to 5 TeV region, that will be accessible in next linear colliders (ILC and CLIC). We used the process e+ + e −→ f+ +...
متن کاملWeakly coupled neutral gauge bosons at future linear colliders
A weakly coupled new neutral gauge boson forms a narrow resonance that is hard to discover directly in ee collisions. However, if the gauge boson mass is below the center-of-mass energy, it can be produced through processes where the effective energy is reduced due to initial-state radiation and beamstrahlung. It is shown that at a high-luminosity linear collider, such a gauge boson can be sear...
